Cal City MX Park Rules and Regulations

1. Anyone who enters the facility must complete and sign all proper release and waiver forms.

2. All riders are to adhere to required protective gear at all times including; helmets, goggles, long-sleeve jerseys, long riding pants, gloves, and proper boots. We also advise that protective pads, chest protectors, and kidney belts be worn.

3. Pit riding must not exceed 5 m.p.h. No bikes of any kind allowed in spectating areas.

4. At no time will inappropriate riding be tolerated. All participants of this behavior will be asked to leave the park immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS.

5. All participants must adhere to all safety, codes, and regulations administered by all staff members at all times.

6. Alcohol and drugs will not be tolerated.

7. Parents are responsible for their children and are required to monitor them at all times. No minors allowed without parental supervision.

8. Only riders may enter designated riding areas. All other spectators must stay behind designated marked areas.

9. Once in the facility, no refunds will be granted.

10. The most important rule is to have FUN and ENJOY your time at Cal City MX Park.

Cal City MX Park Private Rental Terms and Information

CCMX Park is available for private rentals on Mondays at specific times. With a spacious track layout, CCMX Park is ideal for holding events selectively for riders and guests. Please refer to our Private Rental Application Form for availability and pricing. For further information please contact us at info@calcitymxpark.com.

TERMS

1. All rules and regulations apply on private rental days.

2. A $350.00 deposit is required upon reservation of rental day with completed Private Rental Application Form.

3. All balances due must be paid prior to entering facility of reserved rental day.

4. In the event of bad weather, a rescheduling of rental day will be granted.

5. EMT services available upon request.

6. All waiver and release of liability forms must be signed before entering facility by all riders and spectators.

7. It is the responsibility of the rider to ride within their limits at all times.
